What's up guys. I've haven't posted a blog post since 7/12/2018. I've been away and busy. Disneyland, Monterey, practicing for few contests one in July and a few in August and my agenda was so messed up. Anyways, here we go as we dive into the blog post from 7/12 to 7/16/2018:
Woke up at 5:30 in the morning. Decided to go for a run in the gym in Disneyland. After an hour of running, I'd go for a shower, brush my teeth, go for some multivitamins and cup of coffee, later at 7:00, a protein shake consisting 100 calories. I'd went to the airport at 10:00 am, got back in San Jose like 11:10 am. I went for some In-N-Out. I figured I did a food challenge (just for fun for myself)
List of food I've ordered:
1 Hamburger with no tomatoes and onions (just love it plain and simple)
4 Cheeseburgers with Tomatos and Onions (Just like a single 4x4)
2 Well Done Fries
1 Normal Fry
2 Animal Styled Fries
5 Diet Cokes

So in all of that, it's really not much food, I mean like it's just not much. Anyways after that, I worked at the gym at my uncle's at the afternoon after a nap, and playing some League of Legends. Dinner time, I just have a protein shake, coffee and 2 slices of bread. Midnight snack: Pecans and Casein Protein and Sparkling Water.
Woke up in San Jose at 3 in the morning, just go for a 2 hour run since I run 2 hours on the weekends. 5:30, got back, shower to refresh myself after a 2 hour and a half hour run. Brushed my teeth, played Guitar Hero, and after a song there, I had 2 cups of coffee, and some vitamins. Went to the office (forgot to tell you that I edit videos (short films and PSAs as an editor on Problem Gambling.) I'm a singer, dance, competitive eater, and editor for BOOF. (Editor for Betting On Our Future) Worked for 5 hours from 8 am to 1 pm. Had lunch and my lunch is just blackberries and a protein shake. Dinner, just coffee and slices of bread and an apple. Packed my bags at night because I'm going to Monterey for a beach trip with my cousins and a few aunts. I had Casein Protein and water as my midnight snack.
Woke up at 5:00. Ran for 2 hours. I made sure if I got everything I need for the beach trip. Breakfast: Just the usual vitamins and protein shake. Later, 2 cups of coffee. I looked at emails. 9:00 went to the beach trip with my cousins and 3 aunts. The weather at Caramel Beach in Monterey, California is a little cold and warm. Eh. Well at least I'm prepared and the water is cold but for me, I'm tougher than that. Met a few people in the beach. It was fun meeting them and talking to them. For lunch, my cousin who is 6 foot, made some grilled sweet corn, and pork roll sandwiches. Had some pineapples and watermelon. Played volleyball even though I'm not so good and hot with it. But I tried too. Took a walk and meet a few people. I went to the water for a swim and it was relaxing even though it was cold (not for me). Dinner, grilled steak my cousin made at the fireplace. I showered, changed and went to have some ramen at 11 pm. I had ramen at Seiki House in Evergreen Village Square. Had some Sapporo Miso Ramen. Met a few people as well and I left arrived home at 12:30 am.
So, pretty much is a boring day. I woke up, run, had my protein shake and vitamins. Tried to edit the Vietnam Trip 2018 and didn't have the time to finish and I had to push it back to Friday. It sucks but Friday is when I'm hoping or unless Saturday then. So I spent some majority of the time editting audio and photos for its quality. Lunch: Just apples and a protein shake. Evening: Just Casein Protein and Egg Whites with mushrooms and Onions and also an iced coffee.
